Active Sussex have helped us to develop our Workforce Development Plan and three year strategy to ensure our team are trained using the best Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion resources.
Coach Core
We work in partnership with Coach Core to provide young people with meaningful apprenticeships in Dance and Movement. It works as an ‘earn while you learn’ model which means you will be getting paid from day 1, working alongside experienced members of staff to gain the skills you need for that job and the wider industry.
Local Dance Schools
Local Dance schools based in Crawley whom refer young people to our Dance Leadership Courses in Sussex.
