LGBTQ+ Inclusive Training – Accelerate Sport
During this course you’ll understand the steps you can take to start to make your club/sport a more welcoming and inclusive environment for members of the LGBTQ+ Community.
We’ll cover the following:
- Understanding the challenges LGBTQ+ people can face
- Appropriate use of LGBTQ+ terminology
- How to be an ally to LGBTQ+ people
- Creating an inclusive environment and culture
Created in collaboration with Racing Pride, the course will culminate in an assessment, which will see you awarded with a certificate and CPD points on successful completion.
